Bentleigh United Cobras FC offers Kick-off Programs for boys and girls from Under 5 to Under 7 Years.

The focus of the Kick-off program is to introduce boys & girls to football (soccer).
​
Our Kick-off program is run on Saturdays by instructors qualified by the Football Federation of Australia (FFA).
​
Sessions consist of fun energy packed activities focused on building skills & confidence with the football.
​
Members of our Kick-off program receive an Aldi Kick-off pack and are invited to participate in club events including end of season celebration.
​
Families are encouraged to come along and try a session to meet our coaches and see if your child likes it before signing up online.

​
Sessions consist of fun energy packed activities focused on building skills & confidence with the football.
​

Kick-off Location
The ALDI MiniRoos Kick-off sessions are held on the top field at Victory Park Patterson Rd
Kick-off Session Time
The ALDI MiniRoos Kick-off sessions are held on
Tuesdays from 5:15- 6pm
Duration is 3 terms from Febrary to September
What to bring / What to wear
Players should wear running shoes - No Boots Please
Please make sure the shoes have some grip to avoid slipping over if the grass is wet.

Players should bring water bottles.
​
Players are encouraged to wear hats and adequate sun protection.
​
Our Coaches
All of our coaches have Working With Children Clearance and have completed the FFA Grass Roots Certificate.
Parental involvement
The coaches and your children will rely upon the involvement of parents .
This can be helping with set up / pack up or during the sessions (retrieving stray balls etc).
Our club is based upon the contribution of volunteers and your help is appreciated.
Parents are also requested to supervise their children should they need to go to the bathroom.
Bad Weather
Football is primarily a winter sport so a bit of wet weather is to be expected.
If you have not been contacted by a member of the Kick-off team by SMS at least 30mins before the session you should assume the session will go ahead.
​
In the case that sessions need to be cancelled for bad weather we will arrange catch up sessions.
​
Cost
Cobras Kick-off Program cost includes the Annual ALDI MiniRoos Kick-off Membership.
Members receive a Kick-off welcome pack & are included in Club events during the year.
